Meet Our Team
Mira DeGregory
Mira DeGregory is a 15 year old from Saratoga Springs, NY. She is the founder and Co-Coordinator of Students för Klimatet and Fridays for Future NY Capital Region. Mira is passionate about music, art, female empowerment, social justice, and gun control.
Irely knox
Irely Knox is 15 years old. She has been attending strikes since middle school, but began organizing this past year as a member of Fridays For Future NYCR and Sunrise. She has learned so much since then! She is passionate about intersectional climate action, empowering women, accessibility, and social justice.

Lillian mae olsen
Lillian is a general coordinator of Fridays for Future NYCR and NEAR. She started activism in seventh grade, and helped to organize her first protest of many the following year. She is an intersectional feminist that cares deeply for LGBT rights, workers’ rights, and of course,the climate movement.

Abby Nautel
Abby began her climate activism by going to local strikes. She then began to organize by joining FFF NYCR and later Sunrise. These organizations and the people within them have taught her so much about why we need to fight for climate action and how to do it!
